Our Shipping policy

We very much understand that when you place an order, you want your order to be delivered as quickly as possible.  We will do our level best to make that happen! We usually dispatch all our orders after 24 hours have elapsed from the time of placing the order. Any cancellations, if at all, should be initiated within this period of 24 hours after placing the order, following which, the order will be processed for the next job level which is packaging  and dispatching. Fast moving products are shipped relatively faster.  Our orders typically takes 5-7 days for delivery to materialize, unless some unforeseen, untoward, unexpected  or force majeure act has happened during the process of preparing the order for dispatch or during transit. We deliver the products using services of our logistic partner DTDC. Delivery time will strictly depend on your location. Customers need to provide shipping details which includes name, address and landmarks if any.

Our logistic partner DTDC is India’s top logistics provider with headquarters at Bangalore. DTDC offers the facility of consignment tracking. Our customers can track their consignment by entering the DTDC tracking number.  

Cancelations

Cancelation of the order, will not be available after 24 hours of placement of an order. No refund can be claimed after 24 hours have passed post the placement of an order. Refund, if any, will be through original payment mode only.
