Description

Plant Care:

Name NJoy Pothos
Common names NJoy Pothos, Epipremnum aureum ‘n’Joy’,
Hindi names एनजॉय पोथोस, एपिप्रेमनम ऑरियम एनजॉय
Type Vining plant
Growth pattern Perennial
Exposure to sun Partial sun exposure. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as it can scorch the plant’s delicate leaves.
Light  NJoy Pothos thrives best in bright, indirect light. An ideal spot is one that receives several hours of filtered sunlight daily. While this pothos can adapt to low-light conditions, it may lose its vibrant variegation and develop a leggier growth pattern over time.
Soil Use a well-draining potting mix. NJoy Pothos, thrive in airy, well-draining soil that retains some moisture. An ideal mix consists of equal parts indoor potting soil, perlite, and orchid bark, which can easily be prepared at home to support healthy root growth.
Watering Ensure the top 2 to 3 inches of soil are dry before watering thoroughly. Allow any excess water to drain completely from the pot’s drainage holes. Avoid overwatering, as soggy, waterlogged soil can lead to root rot. If you are growing NJoy Pothos in indoor environment, allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. To promote healthy growth, feed the NJoy Pothos with balanced liquid fertilizer once a month throughout spring and summer. Pause fertilization during the fall and winter when the plant’s growth naturally slows down.
Pruning Prune yellowing or dead leaves to keep the plant healthy and to encourage new growth. Regular pruning helps maintain the plant’s shape and appearance.
Maintenance level  Low
Air purifying qualities  Yes

PLANT TYPE

Sapling

A sapling is a young plant and will come in a smaller size. Why take a sapling? While it is wonderful to watch your little sapling grow, multiply and produce plantlets, take different color variations and forms till it fully matures, some of the saplings require extra care before it hardens and is full grown. While some others are absolutely hands free. If you are ready to give it all the care and love to admire the comparative growth patterns across plants, we suggest you go for a sapling.

Aged

An aged plant will come in a slightly bigger size than a sapling. While we say 'aged', it only means that once a sapling, is now a grown up and would require comparatively less attention than a sapling. If you have the anxiety about going wrong in the process or just cant wait to see a full grown foliage, we recomend you go for an aged plant. Ah ah !! dont get us wrong, age has no bar for plant, they are evergreen, have infinite growth potential and are renewable.
