Marble Pothos

Original price was: ₹400.00.Current price is: ₹349.00.

Marble Pothos or Epipremnum aureum ‘Marble Queen’ is an ornamental indoor plant known for its white and cream marbled leaves. Its shape and pattern is quite similar to that of money plant/golden pothos with slight difference in its leaf design. It grows effortlessly and fast, provided it is placed under correct environment.

This plant is beginner-friendly and thrives with minimal care. It prefers bright, indirect sunlight, though it can adapt to lower light conditions. However, the plant will show slow growth pattern, if kept under a prolonged low light condition. For best growth, plant it in moist but well-draining soil and water when the top inch of the soil feels dry. Marble Pothos is well-suited to average household temperatures and humidity, making it an excellent addition to any indoor environment.

Not only is this plant beautiful, but it also helps purify the air, bringing freshness to your living or working space.

Hindi names एपिप्रेम्नम ऑरियम ‘मार्बल क्वीन’, मार्बल क्वीन पोथोस
Type Trailing creepers
Growth pattern Perennial
Exposure to sun Can tolerate partial sun exposure. Marble pothos develop a good marbled variegation when exposed to direct sunlight for few hours or when placed under bright indirect light conditions.
Light  Place in a position where it receives either direct sun exposure or direct bright light if grown indoors. In the absence of direct light, the plant will show slow growth and fail to multiply fast. Appropriate grow lights can also be provided if grown indoors.
Soil Use a well-draining potting mix.
Watering Do not over water. Allow the top inch of the soil to dry out. Thoroughly water between two watering sessions. Depending on the season, the watering interval must be decided. In rains the interval time should be longer of around 8-10 days. Slow release fertilizes mixed with water in correct proportion, once or twice a year should give good results.
Pruning Pinch off the affected leaves and propagate with stem cuttings when your plant has trailed too long or has overcrowded the pot. Marble pothos creepers grow as long as 3-4 feet
Maintenance level  Low
Purifying qualities  Yes

Good things about House Plants

PLANT TYPE

Sapling

A sapling is a young plant and will come in a smaller size. Why take a sapling? While it is wonderful to watch your little sapling grow, multiply and produce plantlets, take different color variations and forms till it fully matures, some of the saplings require extra care before it hardens and is full grown. While some others are absolutely hands free. If you are ready to give it all the care and love to admire the comparative growth patterns across plants, we suggest you go for a sapling.

Aged

An aged plant will come in a slightly bigger size than a sapling. While we say 'aged', it only means that once a sapling, is now a grown up and would require comparatively less attention than a sapling. If you have the anxiety about going wrong in the process or just cant wait to see a full grown foliage, we recomend you go for an aged plant. Ah ah !! dont get us wrong, age has no bar for plant, they are evergreen, have infinite growth potential and are renewable.
